gda.gui.oemove.plugins.EpicsShutterControlPlugin has been renamed gda.gui.oemove.plugins.ControlPointPlugin and is in uk.ac.gda.oe

The usedByDefalt flag in the Detector interface has been removed. If a detector is to be used in every scan it should be added to the list of default scannables by adding a line in localStation.py which uses the add_default command.

Release_6_8_0 20/10/2006 (6.4.n branch closed, 6.8 branch created)

This release is intended to be the base for a stable DLS release and a branch will therefore be produced. This release contains bug fixes done in the 6.4 branch in addition to any enhancements that have been done.

The main inclusions in this release are changes to automated file numbering and naming, more scripting changes, the addition of more colours and categories to EPS, the addition of the analysis package and two automated install mechanisms.
