Applications can be made via OAS and will close on Friday 13 March 2016.
Please be aware that holding a Level 3 T‑Level in Engineering will mean you are not eligible for the Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship. T‑Levels are generally designed to support progression to Level 4 or higher, though we appreciate this isn’t always clearly communicated. However, you may still be eligible for some Level 3 Engineering apprenticeships, for example the Machining Technician pathway.
Diamond’s core programme is a Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship in partnership with Oxfordshire Advanced Skills at the Culham Science Campus.
Our technicians and engineers are crucial in enabling the cutting edge science that takes place on site. Diamond’s uniqueness means that most equipment designed and built here is bespoke so we are able to provide varied, interesting experiences and opportunities you won’t find elsewhere.
We want you to present the “best you” in your application to our apprenticeship programmes, so before you apply take a look at the resources we have provided to help.
Find out what the apprenticeship programme is all about, from skills you will learn, to the work placements and the qualifications you will receive.
