Visiting Diamond
Diamond is part of the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory site within Harwell Campus. The campus has excellent bus, rail, bike and road connections.
Go to the RAL Main Gate (building R75) and register at RAL Reception. To access the site, government-issued ID (such as a passport or driving licence) is required. You will be given a pass and directed to Diamond House.
Parking on Harwell Campus is limited and visitor parking cannot be guaranteed. We recommend travelling by public transport if you are visiting Diamond.
Diamond Light Source is the UK's national synchrotron science facility, located at the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus in Oxfordshire.
