Diamond supervisors/hosts/contacts are asked to ensure that the individuals that they are hosting at Diamond are aware of the requirement to carry out the lateral flow test before accessing Diamond more widely, in accordance with the lateral flow testing protocols (www.diamond.ac.uk/LFT), and that they comply with Diamond’s Covid-19 protocols.
The personal information collected by Diamond as part of this testing will be processed in accordance with sections 5.5 and 6 of Diamond’s Privacy Notice and the result shared with Public Health England, as detailed in the Privacy Notice.
