The Titan Krios from Thermo Fisher Scientific (TFS) is a fully automated transmission electron microscope, designed for rapid, stable, high-resolution data collection of frozen-hydrated samples at cryogenic temperatures.
Krios I, II, & IV are equipped with the latest generation Ametek-Gatan Bio-quantum-K3 detectors and energy filter. Krios III is equipped with the TFS Falcon 4i detector & Selectris X energy filter.
Cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-EM) and cryogenic electron tomography (cryo-ET) data can be automatically collected on all four Krios microscopes by academic users. The fifth Krios is a dedicated microscope for use by commercial clients.

The Talos Arctica is Thermo Fisher Scientific's new generation fully automated 200 kV FEG electron microscope. It is equipped with an autoloader system that permits loading of up to twelve specimens, automated data collection at liquid nitrogen temperature, and features a Constant-PowerTM objective lens for optimal contrast/resolution balance.

The Scios and Aquilos cryo-FIB/SEMs (focused ion beam/scanning electron microscopes) allow for nanoscale milling of frozen hydrated biological specimens.
These instruments mainly produce electron transparent lamellae but are also capable of directly imaging cellular features. Lamella are analysed using cryo-electron tomography (Cryo-ET) which can reveal high-resolution biological structures in their close-to-native environment and direct imaging can provide cellular context.
These powerful techniques have allowed researchers to move toward a molecular scale understanding of living systems.

The cryo-CLEM is a dedicated cryo-fluorescence microscope, designed to maintain cryo-conditions for specimen handling. It provides high resolution imaging to enable the user to target the regions of interest for the correlative process.
The Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy (CLEM) process includes the extra information provided by the fluorescence signal and guides the cryoEM tilt series collection, making the data acquisition much more accurate and efficient.
