Radiant Ferroelectric Tester

The Precision Multiferroic Ferroelectric Tester is a powerful tool to probe the ferroelectric properties of materials and can be used to perform hysteresis, pulse, leakage, IV, and CV measurements without changing sample connections. The rig also consists of an RTI-30 microprobe station (Radiant Technologies) with Tungsten probe tips to make contacts on thin films, single crystals and bulk samples.   

Ferroelectric Tester Specifications:

• ± 10V and 100V, 200V, 500V built-in internal amplifier options.
• Continuously variable pulse widths and hysteresis periods.
• Minimum pulse width 0.5μs.
• Hysteresis Frequency: 0.033Hz-270kHz.
• Different drive profiles/waveform outputs available.
• Vision software offering 155 measurement tasks including analysis, plotting, program control and automation.

Probe Station Specifications:

• 4” Stainless steel vacuum chuck.
• Side driven chuck stage X-Y 3”-3”
• Resolution of up to 10 microns.
• Micropositioner having linear X-Y-Z travel of 12mm-12mm-12mm.
• Tungsten tip of diameter 5 microns.
• 1x – 5x stereo zoom microscope with LED ring light. Total magnification 20x – 100x.
