Data Analysis

While your data is being collected there are a series of data analysis programs that are run automatically at Diamond. DIMPLE and MrBUMP require user input to run.

In addition, from the Diamond beamlines you have access to a wide range of software tools including standard MX software packages and additional analysis software.

 

Reprocess with XDS

It is no longer necessary to have a specific file provided by the beamline in order to process your data using XDS. Instead the XDS team provide a script to do this: generate_XDS.inp. This will use information from the image headers to provide the most up accurate .inp file for your data.

Upload to CCP4 Cloud

You can also upload files directly from Synchweb to CCP4 Cloud. See here for more information.
