Alex joined the industrial liaison team in June 2024 after completing his undergraduate degree from the University of York. During his Master's year with the York Structural Biology Laboratory, he gained hands-on experience with the cryo-EM pipeline, developing his understanding of viral protein purification, single particle cryo-EM techniques, and model building, leading to the award of a first-class MBiochem (Hons) in Biochemistry.
