How it works

With this mode, you bring the sample(s) to Diamond, and our highly qualified and experienced staff will collect the data with you. They will advise on the best experimental approach and ensure that all team members have a chance to participate in the sample preparation and data collection as required. We then send you the data in an appropriate format along with a clear and accessible report detailing all experimental aspects, allowing you to analyse it fully.

This route allows you to collect data yourself by accessing the beamline on-site.

Perfect for

Experienced users who have used the beamline (or technique) previously and are conducting a similar type of experiment.
